What one drone flight shows of a Marineland home
Marineland lots are narrow strips between A1A, the dunes and the Matanzas River, and many of their most weather-beaten parts face away from the road. A single drone flight is often the clearest way for an owner far away to see the whole property.
How the flight runs
The drone takes off from the public street, rises over the front of the house and moves out over the roof toward the dune or the river, framed on your property throughout.
What it shows
- The whole roof, including the parts no street photo reaches
- The deck, the walkover and the dune on the ocean side
- The yard and the shoreline on the river side
- Sand, palm fronds and anything the wind has moved
Video, with stills beside it
A drone visit produces one aerial video, with no sound and no location data in the file. For still photographs of the house up close, Front View and Full Property take them.
When owners want a flight
- Once a season, as a dated record
- After a strong northeaster or a named storm
- Before a roofer or a contractor gives a quote
