Owning Marineland property while living somewhere else
Marineland is a town of a handful of streets, and many of its homes belong to people who live somewhere else for much of the year. For them the house sits at the end of a long drive down A1A.
The north end of Flagler's coast
Marineland sits where A1A crosses from Flagler into St. Johns County, with Washington Oaks Gardens State Park to the south and Matanzas Inlet to the north. Water on both sides means weather from both sides.
